1 - GENERAL CONDITIONS
The general sale conditions below are purposed to define contractual relations between Self Company G.PEIFFER under brand name Blast Models company, located 227 Av de la Libération, 54000 Nancy, France, and the customer defined below or the user of the internet website http://www.blast-models.com/fr/eu and accepting the present General Sale Conditions.
All other conditions commits Blast Models only after its written confirmation. All representing information about in this site, advertisements, or general rates are only given as estimation and can be modified by Blast Models without advice. The only confirmation with a online order on www.blast-models.com/fr/eu, means acceptance of the present General Sale Conditions.

2 - PRICES
- Prices of products are indicated in EURO.
- Prices are without handling and shipping costs.
- Reference currency to use for all prices is EURO.
- Reference currency for invoicing is EURO.
- All prices in other currencies other than Euro are just and only for information. We strongly advice foreign customers to use EURO when placing order.
- All prices display on website, bargains, special offers or and sales are available for order placed on www.blast-models.com with registred order by website system.
- Blast Models keeps the right to modify prices at any time but products.
- Produts will be charged on the basis price at registration time and under condition of availability at that date.
- Products remain Blast Models property until full payment completed.

3 - PRODUCTS

- Posted information consists in product category, description, mark, scale, net price.
- Blast Models advice customers to inquire by telephone, or mail in case they would be doubting about nature of a article.

4 - ORDERS
Orders are placed on Blast Models website www.blast-models.com, with assignement of an order number and with email order confirmation.
- Whatever payment way chosen by the customer (credit card, Paypal, transfert or check), the collection of payment will be done before package is dispatched.
- Maximum order preparation delays is 30 days, except export orders
- During this périod of 30 days, one-sided cancellation of order will not be accepted without agreement of Blast Models.
- During this period of 30 days, customer can make modification on the order (add, remove or swap an item(s)) only agreement of Blast Models.
- After this period of 30 days, it is not possible to modify an order if order is already ship.
- After this period of 30 days, customer can confirm his order and still waiting, cancel item(s) not available or cancel the complete order.
- Besides, Blast Models keeps the right to refuse the order from a customer in current dispute with would exist.

5 - DURATION OF VALIDITY AND STOCK
- Our offers are proposed within stock limits and immediat availability, all stocks are in real time.
- In case of ordering unavailable product (stock mistake):
Customer will only be informed through customers account page and email. Order will be put into waiting state. An item out of stock can not justify cancellation of the order (See 4)

- If the product is definitively unavailable, the item is removed from the order and the price is subtracted from the total. In case of payment by credit/payment card, debited money will be refund.
If the customer had used another way of payment than credit card and the totality of the initial payment is collected, he has choice by obtaining equivalent ressources of the price for the missing product (solution by default) or by obtaining a check of refund of the same amount, the corresponding detail is being joined to his package.

All items are delivered at the specified customer's address input in the order form.

7 - DELIVERY TIME
Departure every: Monday - Wednesday - Friday for orders placed before 9:00 am.
Delivery time is an estimation given as indication from the day we ship out the parcel :
- France: 3-5 days.
- Europe: 5-15 days.
- World: 5-20 days.

8 - CLAIMS
The risk of shipping is supported by the customer who, in case of damage on delivery, defective or missing product, will clarify its reserves on the delivery slip and will confirm, within three days of delivery, by registered mail sent to the Post office.
By signing the delivery note, the customer accepts products delivered in the state, therefore no claim relative to damages undergone during shipping will be accepted. It is customer's resposability in checking and making reserves for the arrival of goods and exercising, if needed, any appeal against the Post office.
When receiving products, the customer has at once to verify their outlook and their correspondence regarding to the order. Any claim relative to a defect of delivered goods, to an error in quantities or to an erroneous reference with regard to the order confirmed by Blast Models, have to be formulated by mail, phone, fax or email within two days of reception of items, otherwise the right of claiming will stop. You have to indicate your coordinates, your invoice number, the product references printed on the invoice and the reasons of your demand.
Blast Models will proceed to the exchange or to the refund of the concerned items.
Any return of goods requires the preliminary agreement from Blast Models. In each case, the return of goods is under customer's responsibility for the risks and for the costs.
Return, will be accepted only unopened items and in their original condition (packaging, accessories, note …) with the original invoice of purchase.

- By check (French only) The client sends a check, payable to G.Peiffer in settlement of the net amount of the order (shipping included). The check is cashed before shipping the order.

- By SEPA bank transfert (France - EU only) Upon checkout, you can access the RIB to prepare your settlement with your bank. The transfer must be the net amount of the order and must be in EURO

10 - RETRACTING RIGTH
Within 14 days after delivery, the customer has a retracting right, being entirely paid back (excluding postal charges) - dismissal expenses of goods staying at his expense.
However incomplete, damaged or dirty products will not be accepted (for France only)

11 - PROPERTY RESERVE AND RESPONSABILITY
Blast Models keeps the property of goods until their complete payment. The property transfer to the customer occurs when payment is totally completed. Nevertheless, during period between delivery and transfer of property, the risks of losses, thefts or destruction are chargeable to the customer.
Non-fulfillment by the customer of the obligations for payment, whatever the cause, confers to Blast Models the right to require the immediate restitution of delivered goods, at expenses, risks and responsibility of the customer.

13 - CONFIDENTIALITY OF COLLECTED DATAS
Datas supplied by the customer are not communicated to any third parties.
According to the French law 78-17 of January 6, 1978, the customer has at any time the right of access and rectification, right which he can used by email to Blast Models.

14 - JURIDICAL
Contractual information is presented in French or English language and proposed products for sale are corresponding to the French regulations. If needed, it belongs to the foreign customer to verify with local authorities the possibility of using the product he want to order. Blast Models's responsibility would not be engaged in case of disregarding the laws of a foreign country. Any desagreement relative to formation, execution and cessation of contractual obligations between parts not being able to give place to an amicable settlement, will be submitted to the juridiction of the Commercial Court of Nancy (54), France, in the town in which the company is located.
